Ilker Aytekin is the founder of Advokatfirman Agentis and offers legal advice in all areas of law covered by the firm.
He has particular expertise in immigration law and cases concerning residence and work permits. Ilker also has extensive knowledge in criminal law, where he serves as a public defender, victim’s counsel, and special representative for children.
In the field of family law, Ilker has specialized expertise in property division and also handles cases concerning custody, residence, visitation, and divorce.
Before founding Advokatfirman Agentis, Ilker worked at another law firm.
He has previously held positions as a legal assistant and associate lawyer at several law firms, and has also been employed by the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan).
Ilker holds a Law Degree from Stockholm University.
